Developing Competencies

Haier became the first household appliance maker in China to adopt a logistics management system. The company followed a unique concept in logistics management - one flow and three nets. "One flow"focused on orders information flow; three nets referred to the global supply chain resources net, global customer resources net, and computer information net. "Three nets"worked together to support the processing of order information, and the orders information moved all business activities.
